We are an Asia-based company specializing in advanced chemical solutions for plastic packaging, proudly serving leading food and beverage brands. To drive our expansion in Russia, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager with strong commercial expertise and a hands-on, adaptable approach.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Market Growth: Execute regional sales strategies to expand our presence and achieve revenue targets
  • Build Partnerships: Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and customers.
  • Lead Negotiations: Manage pricing, contracts, and supply terms in line with company policies
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct visits, deliver technical presentations, and provide tailored solutions
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, analyze competitors, and prepare accurate forecasts
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with logistics, technical, and support teams for smooth operations
  • Initial Phase Support: Take ownership of logistics coordination and handle ad hoc tasks to ensure seamless market entry
  • Strategic Contribution: Represent the company in regional commercial activities and assist in planning and budgeting

What We re Looking For

  • Degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 5 years of B2B sales experience in chemicals, polymers, plastics, or industrial products
  • Knowledge of polymer additives, colorants, masterbatches, or raw materials for plastic processing is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with PET packaging applications is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence and build trust
  • Fluent in English for international collaboration
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely
  • Willingness to travel across Russia
  • Ambitious and ready to grow with the company
