Founder studied at an Ivy League university and has strong entrepreneurial and hands-on experience in Data Science. He has already launched two successful projects with a combined annual revenue of $8M, and one of his AI startups is backed by Amazon.
The company s mission is to help businesses move from we know AI is important to clear, measurable implementation:
identifying high-impact AI use cases,
building a realistic AI roadmap,
and implementing AI solutions through custom engineering.
The company s model combines AI consulting (strategy & roadmap) with hands-on implementation.
This is not a product company they work with custom AI solutions tied to real business outcomes. The main goal is to unlock $1B in enterprise value across a portfolio of next-wave $100M+ AI-powered category leaders.
The company is at an early stage, with strong founder expertise in sales and scaling IT services. The next critical step is to build a predictable lead-generation engine.
We re looking for a Lead Generation Manager who will own demand generation for IT services in the US market.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role.
You will not be closing deals your responsibility is to generate and qualify leads and book meetings with the founder.
Build and scale lead generation channels for IT services:
cold email
LinkedIn outreach
partnerships
other relevant B2B channels
Define and refine:
ICPs
buyer personas (VP, C-level, etc.)
pain points and AI-related use cases
Design outreach strategies and messaging tailored to specific industries and roles
Set up and optimize lead qualification criteria
Book qualified meetings with decision-makers
Test hypotheses, analyze results, and iterate quickly
Work with automation tools and outreach software
By the end of the probation period:
A stable flow of qualified meetings
5 signed clients within 3 months
Around $100k in monthly signed projects
Clear understanding of which channels and ICPs convert best
Proven international experience in lead generation for some IT services in the US or Europe:
outsourcing
outstaffing
custom software development
Strong understanding of:
long sales cycles
custom service offerings
complex, non-productized value propositions
Hands-on experience with:
cold email campaigns
LinkedIn outreach
partner-led lead generation
Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on results and metrics
Ability to think strategically and propose solutions aligned with business goals
You generate and qualify leads
You book meetings
The founder handles sales and deal closing
