Who We re Looking For

We are hiring an SDR / Lead Generation Manager focused only on booking qualified demo meetings.

  • This is a pure outbound role.
  • You do not sell, do not run demos and do not negotiate deals.
  • Your mission is to connect with decision-makers and schedule demos for our ERP consultants.

You enjoy:

  • prospecting new companies
  • cold outreach and conversations
  • working with LinkedIn, email and phone
  • hitting daily and monthly activity KPIs

What You ll Do

Build a steady pipeline of demo meetings for the sales team:

  • Search for companies across MENA & Europe
  • Reach out to decision-makers (CEO, Finance, Ops, Sales)
  • Send personalized outbound messages
  • Make cold calls in English (40-60 per a day)
  • Handle inbound leads and replies
  • Qualify prospects at an initial level
  • Book demos with closers
  • Keep CRM updated and structured

What Matters to Us

  • English C1+
  • Russian OR Arabic OR Hindi ( mandatory second language )
  • Confidence in cold calls and objection handling
  • Experience in SDR / Lead Generation / Outbound
  • Strong LinkedIn outreach skills
  • Experience communicating with international B2B clients

IT / SaaS / ERP background is a plus, not required.
