We are looking for a technical and client-focused Solution Engineer to be the cornerstone of our pre-sales and integration success. You will guide prospects, design solutions, and own the technical onboarding of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Deliver compelling product demos and support the sales cycle with technical expertise.
Lead the full technical onboarding and integration process for new clients.
Translate client business needs into technical solutions using the B2BINPAY API.
Work directly with client developers to ensure correct and efficient implementation.
Act as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding, providing best practice guidance on crypto payments and security.
Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with internal engineering teams.
Mandatory Requirements:
Proven experience as a Solution/Integration Engineer or Technical Consultant in SaaS or Fintech.
Hands-on experience with crypto payments, PSP/API integrations, or wallet infrastructure.
Strong background in client-facing pre-sales, demos, and technical support.
Ability to manage technical integrations from start to finish.
Perfect English (C1+) and Russian (B2+) both written and spoken.
Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have:
Deep expertise in specific blockchain networks (e.g., TRON, Ethereum).
Experience working with partners or vendors on joint integration tasks.
