We re Hiring: Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations

Location: Remote

We are a fast-growing business with a strong focus on unit economics, scalability, and long-term value creation.
At this stage of growth, we are strengthening our corporate finance and investor relations function to support structured fundraising and professional investor communication.

About the Role

As Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, you will own the company s fundraising and investor relations function. You will be responsible for building financial models and valuation scenar ios , managing the investor funnel, and leading fundraising processes from first contact to closing. This role works closely with the CFO and FP&A team to translate unit economics and business performance into clear and credible investment materials.

Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Valuation

• Build and maintain driver-based financial and valuation models
• De velo p equity and debt scenar ios (base / upside / downside)
• Manage dilution, cap table, and option pool modeling

Fundraising & Investor Funnel

• Build and manage a structured investor pipeline (CRM, stages, follow-ups)
• Identify and prioritize target funds and strategic investors
• Drive fundraising processes end-to-end

Investment Materials & Data Room

• Prepare and maintain investor decks, financial narratives, and Q&A materials
• Build and manage the data room and due diligence documentation
• Ensure consistency of numbers and assumptions

Investor Communication

• Lead professional communication with potential and existing investors
• Organize and run investor meetings together with CFO/CEO/COO
• Prepare management for investor Q&A

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with FP&A and Legal teams
• Ensure fast response to investor requests

Requirements

• 4+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, VC/PE, or strategic finance
• Strong hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation
• Solid understanding of unit economics in digital businesses
• Experience managing fundraising processes
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High ownership and execution mindset
