Tibbo Systems is a global leader in software solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT) , IT infrastructure management, industrial automation, and data center monitoring. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SEO & Growth Marketing Manager to own our organic growth engine.
Your mission will be to transform our digital presence through a masterclass in On-page technical excellence , aggressive Off-page authority building , and data-driven scaling.

Core Responsibilities
1. On-Page & Technical SEO Strategy

• Technical Sovereignty: Lead comprehensive technical audits. You will be responsible for crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and complex site architecture. You must be able to translate technical requirements into actionable tickets for the dev team.
• Semantic Architecture: Build and maintain high-intent keyword maps (BoFu, "Alternatives," Use Cases). Implement advanced clustering to ensure Tibbo dominates niche IoT search terms.
• AEO & Future-Proofing: Optimize for AI Engine Optimization (AEO) and SGE (Search Generative Experience). Use Schema.org and entity-based content structures to secure Featured Snippets and AI-driven answers.
• On-Page Conversion (CRO): Work closely with the product team to optimize page structures, CTAs, and value propositions to turn organic traffic into qualified leads.

2. Off-Page & Strategic Link Building

• Authority Scaling: Design and execute a sophisticated white-hat link acquisition program . We are looking for high-quality, earned backlinks from Tier-1 tech publications and niche industry sites.
• Outreach & Digital PR: Run end-to-end outreach campaigns. You will identify targets, craft personalized pitches, and build long-term relationships with editors, partners, and integrators.
• Backlink Ecosystem Management: Monitor our link profile using Ahrefs/Semrush, analyze competitor strategies, and proactively protect our domain authority.

3. Analytics & Performance Intelligence

• Deep-Dive Analytics: Own the full funnel. Beyond just "traffic," you will track user behavior and conversion paths using GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio .
• Insight-to-Action: Set the reporting cadence. You won't just report numbers; you will translate data into a prioritized growth backlog.
• Competitive Intelligence: Track rankings and market shifts to identify "blue ocean" keyword opportunities before the competition does.

4. Content Strategy & Execution

• High-Impact Copy: Write and/or refine technical B2B copy. You must be able to turn complex IoT concepts into clear, persuasive content for landing pages and solution blocks.
• Subject Matter Collaboration: Brief and manage SMEs to produce "non-fluffy," high-authority technical materials that resonate with engineers and decision-makers.

What We Expect From You

• Experience: 3 5+ years in B2B Digital Marketing (SaaS/Software preferred) with a proven track record of SEO-driven revenue growth.
• SEO Mastery: Advanced knowledge of On-page (technical) and Off-page (outreach) strategies. You know how to build links that actually move the needle.
• Tool Power User: Expert-level proficiency in Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog , GA4, GSC, and ideally Looker Studio.
• Language: Advanced English . You can write professional outreach emails and edit high-quality English content.
• Mindset: You are proactive and independent. You don't wait for tasks; you find opportunities and execute them.
