About the Company

Vertex is an international creative production studio working across CGI, AI and live action.
We develop advertising campaigns and visual concepts for global brands and agencies.

Clients include Adidas, Porsche, L Or al, Nissan, Hyundai and others.
We operate across EU / MENA / US markets in a fast-paced, high-communication environment.

Responsibilities

Communication & Information Management

• convert voice messages, videos and ideas into structured text

• prepare presentations, documents and tables

• deliver instructions to team members

• maintain communication records in CRM

• structure and organize information flows across departments

Operations Support

• arrange purchases, payments and bookings

• coordinate participation in events and meetings

• prepare meeting recaps and summaries

• package ideas into clear presentations and materials

Tools You Will Use

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Notion, Slack, Miro, Figma

Requirements

• up to 2 3 years of experience

• fluent English (daily spoken and written communication)

• strong digital literacy and fast learning ability

• confident in visual tools (presentations, layouts, structure)

• interest in AI tools and new technologies

• design background is a strong advantage

• able to work in a high-intensity communication environment
