Responsibilities
run discovery calls with marketing teams and agencies
help clients formulate project goals and scope
sell the concept before production starts
structure scope and budget together with producers
develop new clients and reactivate previous ones
manage long sales cycles (1 6 months)
maintain a transparent sales pipeline
Requirements
2 3+ years of B2B sales experience (services / digital / creative / IT is a plus)
fluent English (С1-С2)
ability to explain complex processes in simple terms
self-management and comfort working without strict scripts
Nice to Have
experience with international markets
selling intangible products
selling before a ready solution exists
understanding of advertising production / creative processes
