Proposal Manager Audit Team (with Administrative Functions)
About the Company We are an audit, accounting and tax advisory firm providing audit, bookkeeping and tax services to U.S. clients. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Proposal Manager to support our Audit Team. The role is heavily focused on outbound client acquisition, including cold calls, in addition to proposal preparation and administrative support functions. Responsibilities Proposal & Audit Business Development Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients Generate and qualify new leads for audit, review, and compilation services Initiate contact with potential clients and identify decision-makers Present the firm s audit services and assess client needs Schedule discovery calls for Audit Manager Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the pipeline Support closing process and assist with proposal preparation when needed Coordinate contract execution and onboarding after engagement is signed
Administrative Support: Prepare engagement letters and related documentation Prepare audit, review, and compilation proposals Issue invoices and monitor client billing Track client payments and follow up on outstanding balances
Requirements 1+ year of experience in sales, outbound lead generation, cold calling, or business development Experience in audit sales or professional services sales is strongly preferred Proven ability to conduct high-volume outbound calls and generate qualified leads English proficiency: C1 level or higher (mandatory) Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in client-facing conversations Excellent written business communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to work with confidential financial and client information High attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple prospects simultaneously Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset
Compensation & Terms Base salary starting from
$1,000 per month (gross) Additional performance-based compensation for each client contract signed Full-time employment Standard Monday Friday schedule Remote
