International B2B Sales (VC, PD, PE) / Junior Position Securities Placement & Fundraising

Due to the expansion of our AI-driven placement agent and capital-raising services, we are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Sales Person to join our team. This is a role for a "natural hunter" who loves the process of selling and thrives on closing deals.

Your primary mission will be to identify and engage corporate management, high-growth ventures (VC), and large businesses seeking debt, equity or VC financing. While a background in finance is a plus, your sales DNA, communication skills, and hunger for results are what matter most.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting outreach (e-mails, LinkedIn, networking) to founders and C-level executives who in need for fundraising and placement support.
• Assissting (and further leading) meetings and presentations to win new clients with companies seeking funding.
• Identifying potential corporate/venture leads and managing the initial stages of the sales cycle.
• Identifying and establishing potential sales agents network.
• Actively maintaining personal social media (primarily LinkedIn) to build authority and attract potential clients.
• Tracking progress and maintaining clear records of all communications with potential clients.

Requirements:

• English level C1 the majority of clients and partners are English-speaking, and business documentation is in English.
• Love selling, negotiating, and persuading. We need a proactive and target-driven person , not a seat warmers.
• Experience in capital markets is a huge plus; experience in financial and investment institutions is an advantage.
• Understanding of capital and financial markets, including Private Equity, Private Debt, Venture Capital, and Asset Management.
• Ability to work independently within the assigned responsibilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to identify potential interest from prospects.

Conditions:

• Salary starting from $1,300 + commission on closed deals ( average size = 1 client = 15-50k USD deal = 1-3k USD bonus for a client ).
• Internship period of 2-3 weeks (half salary), with a salary review after 6, and 12 months based on performance.
• Office in Moscow (Panfilovskaya/Sokol metro station) with an opportunity to work almost fully remote if needed (meetings 2-4 times a month).
• Flexible daily schedule depending on tasks and results.

• Помощь в проведении (а в дальнейшем и самостоятельное ведение) встреч и презентаций для привлечения новых клиентов, ищущих финансирование.
• Поиск потенциальных корпоративных и венчурных клиентов, управление начальными этапами цикла продаж.
• Поиск и формирование сети агентов по продажам.
• Активное ведение соцсетей (в первую очередь LinkedIn) для укрепления авторитета компании и привлечения лидов.
• Отслеживание прогресса и аккуратное ведение истории коммуникаций с потенциальными клиентами.

Требования:

• Английский язык уровня C1: большинство клиентов и партнеров англоязычные, вся документация ведется на английском.
• Любить продавать, договариваться и убеждать. Нам нужен проактивный человек, нацеленный на результат.
• Опыт работы на рынках капитала, в финансовых или инвестиционных институтах будет огромным преимуществом.
• Базовые знания в области Private Equity, Private Debt, Venture Capital и Asset Management.
• Способность самостоятельно работать в рамках своих задач и брать на себя ответственность.
• Отличные навыки выстраивания отношений и умение быстро определять потенциальный интерес клиента.

Условия:

• Оклад от $1,300 + комиссия за закрытые сделки (средний чек с 1 клиента = $15 50k, ваш бонус за клиента = $1,000 3,000 ).
• Стажировка 2 3 недели (оплачивается в размере 50% оклада), пересмотр зарплаты через 6 и 12 месяцев по результатам работы.
• Офис в Москве (м. Панфиловская/Сокол) с возможностью работать почти полностью удаленно (очные встречи 2 4 раза в месяц).
• Гибкий рабочий день, ориентированный на выполнение задач и результат.
