Position Overview

We are looking for a Head of International Booking to lead and scale our global hotel network and booking operations.

The core function of this role is international networking and contracting hotels across foreign locations, as well as managing and developing the international booking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand HotelCompas international hotel network
• Lead negotiations and sign direct contracts with hotels in foreign markets
• Build long-term partnerships with 3, 4, 5 star properties
• Manage and supervise the international booking team
• Set KPIs and monitor performance metrics
• Optimize pricing and ensure competitive net rates
• Coordinate with sales and operations departments
• Improve booking efficiency and service quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in hotel contracting, travel, aviation, or hospitality
• Strong international networking and negotiation skills
• Experience managing teams (booking / contracting / hospitality)
• Understanding of airline crew accommodation processes is a strong advantage
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong analytical and operational mindset
