We are a fast-growing BetB2B project in the iGaming industry, focused on delivering high-performance solutions and building long-term strategic partnerships worldwide. Our company operates in competitive markets, scales aggressively, and values data-driven decisions, strong relationships, and measurable results.
We are expanding our affiliate department and looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager who knows the iGaming ecosystem inside out and is ready to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Your Mission
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing and scaling our affiliate network, increasing revenue, and optimizing performance across multiple GEOs. You will play a key role in business growth and directly impact company profitability.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage, develop, and scale a portfolio of affiliate partners in the iGaming vertical
Drive revenue growth through CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
Analyze traffic quality, player value, retention metrics, and campaign performance
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with affiliates
Negotiate commercial terms and optimize deals for maximum ROI
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates in target GEOs
Monitor KPIs (FTDs, NGR, LTV, conversion rates, churn rate)
Launch and optimize campaigns together with marketing and product teams
Ensure compliance with brand standards and industry regulations
Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts
Requirements:-
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming (mandatory)
Strong understanding of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
Proven track record of scaling affiliate revenue
Solid knowledge of traffic sources and acquisition channels
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Analytical mindset with ability to work with performance data
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking systems
Nice to Have:-
Experience working in BetB2B projects
Existing affiliate network in key GEOs
Strong understanding of compliance requirements in regulated markets
Experience launching new brands or entering new markets
