About the Job
We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis . In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing sales interactions , including phone calls and Zoom sales meetings , to ensure high standards of communication, service quality, and sales performance.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in sales quality control, call center monitoring, or customer service evaluation , who want to develop their career within an international environment and modern remote sales teams .
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review sales calls and Zoom meetings conducted by the sales team.
- Evaluate sales performance based on quality standards and communication guidelines .
- Identify mistakes in sales conversations, client communication, and service delivery .
- Provide structured feedback and improvement recommendations to the sales team.
- Analyze call recordings and prepare quality reports for management .
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and customer service standards .
- Support the team in improving conversion rates, communication quality, and client experience .
Requirements:
- 1 3 years of experience in Quality Control, call monitoring, or sales/customer service evaluation.
- Experience analyzing sales calls, call center interactions, or video sales meetings .
- Ability to identify sales mistakes and service gaps and provide constructive feedback.
- English and Russian proficiency (written and spoken) minimum Upper-Intermediate .
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with international teams or markets is an advantage .
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment .
Benefits & Compensation:
- Salary: USD 500 per month (part-time) .
- Part-time schedule: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM (London Time)
