Adviva is a a large international platform that works in gaming industry. As we expand our presence in Bangladesh , we are looking for an SMM Manager who will lead our social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the brand s social media presence in Bangladesh across:
Meta, Telegram, X (Twitter), YT ;
Create and publish engaging content: posts, stories, promos, visuals, giveaways, trend-based formats;
Develop and maintain a content calendar tailored to the Bangladeshi audience;
Localize content considering cultural context, language style, holidays, events, and trends;
Launch community engagement activities: polls, contests, mini-games, interactive campaigns;
Grow organic reach, increase followers, and improve audience quality and retention;
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ER, reach, CTR, follower dynamics);
Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and affiliate teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience in SMM for the Bangladesh market essential;
Deep understanding of local digital behavior;
Strong content creation skills in English and Bangla (Bengali);
Creativity and a strong sense of trends, visuals, and audience psychology;
Ability to work with KPIs, take responsibility, and deliver measurable results.
