Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full licensed fintech build out program, ensuring alignment with regulatory, technical, operational, and business objectives.
• Support the licensing process with UAE regulators, coordinating documentation, submissions and timelines with the Compliance and Legal teams.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan covering technology, product, compliance, operations, risk, marketing, and vendor onboarding.
• Coordinate cross functional teams (legal, compliance, tech, product, finance, operations) and manage external partners, consultants, and vendors.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely, high quality delivery.
• Prepare and present regular status updates to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Drive structured execution, governance, and documentation across all project phases.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing financial services or digital banking projects.
• In-principle understanding of regulatory frameworks, licensing processes, and digital banking operating and technical models.
• Exceptional project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced, high stakes environment.
• Knowledge and real experience of working with standard PM frameworks such as Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• English fluency is a must.
