Quality Control Specialist (Remote/Flexible hours-Sales Department)- UK
Visa Tier is an international immigration company working with premium residency and citizenship programs across the UK, US, Europe, UAE, Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Ireland , and other regions. As our client base and deal volumes continue to grow, we are expanding our team with professionals who want to work on high-value international cases.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in sales quality control, call center monitoring, or customer service evaluation , who want to develop their career within an international environment and modern remote sales teams .Remote role with flexible working hours, performance-based (not tied to fixed hours)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review sales calls and Zoom meetings conducted by the sales team.
- Evaluate sales performance based on quality standards and communication guidelines .
- Identify mistakes in sales conversations, client communication, and service delivery .
- Provide structured feedback and improvement recommendations to the sales team.
- Analyze call recordings and prepare quality reports for management .
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and customer service standards .
- Support the team in improving conversion rates, communication quality, and client experience .
Requirements:
- 1 3 years of experience in Quality Control, call monitoring, or sales/customer service evaluation.
- Experience analyzing sales calls, call center interactions, or video sales meetings .
- Ability to identify sales mistakes and service gaps and provide constructive feedback.
- English proficiency (written and spoken) minimum Upper-Intermediate .
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with international teams or markets is an advantage .
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment .
Benefits & Compensation:
- Salary: USD 500 per month (base) + performance-based bonuses for identified quality gaps. On average, total monthly earnings can reach $1,000 $1,500 .
- Full-time with flexible hours (UK Time), focused on delivering results, not fixed working hours
