Responsibilities:

• Search for and onboard webmasters / partners / affiliates / publishers to the affiliate program based on the Revenue Share model.

• Drive traffic acquisition across different countries.

• Analyze and evaluate traffic quality.

Requirements:

• Proactivity, ambition, and ability to work independently.

• 2+ years of experience in the affiliate industry within iGaming / Gambling.

• Important: Proven experience working with the Revenue Share model is required. Hybrid and CPA are not relevant. Candidates must have an active/live base of webmasters.

• English - B2
• Russian - C1

Conditions:

• Remote work.

• Fixed salary + bonus (discussed individually).
