The Neiry Group is a leader in the development and application of neurotechnology.

The group currently consists of 5 product companies: Neiry, Neurotech, Neurotrend, NeuroRoga, and NeuroResearch and their number is constantly growing.

We are currently looking for a General Manager to lead our operations in India.

This is a unique opportunity for you to apply your skills in a fast-developing environment and grow rapidly along with the business. You will define and implement go-to-market strategy, build a team, scale and rationalize the business. You will be responsible for execution of the strategy, end-to-end results and the PnL of the business in India. You will work closely with dedicated senior managers from the HQ that will support rollout and ongoing business operations. As a key stakeholder for product teams you will also play a critical role in identifying improvements in existing products and provide insights into what needs to be build for future. We are looking for a hands-on and motivated self-starter who's passionate about using data to help us improve process efficiency and effectiveness so as to generate pipeline, growth and sales productivity across functional teams.

Background and skills of successful candidates:
Track record of successfully operating complex business initiatives in India.
Understanding of the IT business, e-commerce, MedTech, start-up operations or a consulting background.
High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
Proved analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others.
A true hands-on leader with a strong bias for action ready to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to drive company and project to success. General manager / owner mentality

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Management or related field is required
10+ years of product and/or business experience, 5+ years of managing large/ complex teams
Data Analysis and Reporting
Fluent English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree preferred
Project Management proficiency
Ability to audit, whilst looking around corners
Management consulting
Experience working with the Indian market

RESPOSIBILITIES
Define and execute strategy of the company in India
Day-to-day management of company's activities
Prioritize and manage of cross-functional and cross-boarder teams on multiple fronts
Fully understand unit-economics and own PnL and budget of the business in India
Lead discussions with senior leadership
Address company's strategic and operational challenges in the market
Continuously improve the efficiency of operations and supply processes
Instill a culture of customer obsession, aiming for excellent customer service
Inspire and reward an atmosphere of best practice sharing among employees
