Tim Danilov is the founder of Art of YouTube a business built around a portfolio of YouTube channels with billions of views and $700K+ annual revenue.
His focus is building scalable YouTube systems through content, education, and AI.
Today, the business includes:
an educational product and community
a portfolio of YouTube channels
proprietary AI infrastructure for production
a distributed team of 30+ people
And it s still growing.
The role
At some point, every founder faces the same challenge:
It s not a lack of ideas.
It s a lack of someone who can turn those ideas into execution.
This is not an assistant role.
This is not a traditional project manager role.
This is a Founder s Office / Right Hand position.
You will operate as an extension of the founder in execution.
What you ll actually do
You ll work at the intersection of:
ideas and execution
chaos and structure
strategy and delivery
Your responsibilities will include:
managing priorities and helping the founder stay focused
turning ideas into structured tasks and ensuring they get done
coordinating the team and keeping execution on track
identifying bottlenecks and solving them
taking ownership of tasks that would otherwise fall through
supporting hiring and strengthening the team
implementing AI tools and simplifying workflows
Sometimes tasks will be clearly defined.
Often they won t be.
That s exactly where you come in.
Important to understand
This role is not about following a task list.
It s about how you think:
Seeing problems early and taking responsibility for solving them.
Requirements
Russian: fluent
English: B2+ / C1
Experience managing people or projects
Ability to operate in ambiguity
Strong ownership mindset
Regular use of AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude)

Compensation
$1,500 2,000 fixed
up to $1,500 bonus based on results
