Looking for VIP Manager (iGaming)
Full-time 100% remote

We re looking for an experienced VIP Manager to build strong relationships with high-value players and drive retention

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop VIP player portfolio
• Communicate via chat, email, and calls
• Provide personalized offers, bonuses, and incentives
• Monitor player activity and improve retention
• Handle VIP requests, issues, and escalations
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Track performance and key VIP metrics

Requirements:

• min 2+ years as VIP Manager in iGaming (casino)
• German B2/C1 (English B2+ as a plus)
• Strong understanding of retention & player lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills
• Multitasking, attention to detail
