Our group of companies provides out staffing services (Employment of Record Services) in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia for international clients. We are seeking for an Accountant - Billing specialist. This position is remote. Candidates from any country are welcome. Advance knowledge of English and Russian is required.

Responsibilities:

Calculating employment costs

Billing

HR records

Payroll

HR support

Basic tax consultations

Labor law consultations

Remote communication with clients

Tax reporting

Payment preparation internet bank system

Travel expense accounting

Preparing employment contracts

Communicating with insurance companies regarding employee insurance

Requirements:

Work exclusively for our company 8 hours a day, without third-party customers (no moonlighting)

Higher education in finance or technical fields

English language native or fluent is required

Russian language fluent is required

6 years of experience in the fields of audit, tax, accounting, finance, controlling

Advance knowledge of Excel is required

Ability to study and understand the requirements of tax and labor laws in several countries

Ability to multitask

Computer literacy, ability to quickly learn a variety of software

Fast information processing skills (touch typing, etc.)

Basic knowledge of tax legislation, ability to find well-thought-out, correct answers to tax questions

Good communication writing skills
