Вакансия: Digital Marketing Manager for Practicum

Yandex is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with excellent analytical skills to help achieve the success of our educational project Practicum by Yandex in the USA. The Digital Marketing Manager should create marketing campaigns that drive leads and ultimately increase revenue. They must understand the particularity of the educational market, the target audience and the related business processes. The DMM will work with the American market remotely with no need to relocate.

Responsibilities:
- Understand the American market and buyer personas, refine messaging and campaign offers in the US educational market.
- Execute lead acquisition strategy through multi-channel targeted lead generation campaigns, including paid & organic social marketing, digital ads, and more.
- Monitor, track and communicate campaign performance throughout the funnel, from website visit to Sale.
- Make integrations in the American communities and influencers.

Skills:
- Fluent English, opportunity to work with the American market, understanding of the local communities.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Paid Digital campaign management and Google Ads experience required; at least 2 years of Paid Search experience and LinkedIn Ads experience is a bonus.
- Deeply analytical, able to report on performance metrics while also able to dig in and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Self-starter who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and processes.
