Вакансия: Продуктовый маркетолог/ Product Marketing Manager

Xsolla is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing Team and work on the Subscriptions and Funding Club business unit. The Marketing Manager (MM) will report into the VP of Global Marketing (based in Los Angeles) and help execute on several marketing deliverables for the Company’s most successful business unit.

To thrive in this position, you must be able to work across and with several different product teams, business leads, marketing leads and SMEs. As Xsolla’s team is global, effective and clear communication skills are paramount as is the ability to work autonomously and independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the product team and experts to be the marketing liaison and conduit for Marketing lead based in LA
  • Work closely with cross-functional Subject Matter Experts in the Creative Team (producers, media team, copywriters, graphic designers, video editors, digital executors) to produce content to develop/deliver new marketing materials and advertising to market
  • Create and review strong marketing briefs to be used by creatives in their execution of projects
  • Lead, project manage, and execute across varying types of marketing content, including but not limited to:
    • Emails (internally facing and externally facing)
    • Ebooks
    • Blogs
    • Social Media Digital Advertising
    • Sales materials- 1-pagers, product booklets
    • Video scripts (How to guides, advertising)
    • Speaking engagement scripts
    • Webpages, landing page, app and other digitally-related copy
    • Presentation and Pitch decks
    • SEO/SEM
  • Manage marketing processes to maintain consistency and quality within brand communications
  • Help develop annual and quarterly go to market plans
  • Monitor competitive products and identify market trends
  • Champion and represent marketing best practices and processes
Requirements
  • Excellent written and strong presentation skills in English (upper-intermediate) and Russian
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience within an in-house marketing team or digital/creative agency
  • Strong ability to execute from beginning to end across a variety of creative deliverables
  • Ability to self motivate and work individually (as your direct report will be based in Los Angeles) while also working within a team (based in Perm as well as in Los Angeles)
  • Ability to managing multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously
  • Able to learn complex ideas and concepts
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge and/or comfortableness working in project management systems like Basecamp, JIRA for tracking work
  • Comfortable working Google docs, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Preferred but not mandatory
  • Any video game related industry experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Yandex Metrics, Facebook pixel, etc. is a plus
  • Knowledge of advertising accounts (Facebook Business Manager, Linkedin, VK, Google Adwords and others) is a plus
