Responsibilities:
- Executing the search process;
- Market research (Marketplaces, Food Tech, eCommerce, Fulfillment, 3PL, HoReCa, DIY, FMCG, etc.);
- IT Sourcing (Product Manager, Digital Project Manager, Product Analyst (UX\ UI), Team Lead C#/.NET, Senior Java Developer (Hybris), Lead Java Developer (Hybris), Java Team Lead, Data Scientist (NLP), Python Developer, Senior PHP developer, Senior Frontend developer (React.Js), Frontend Developer (Angular.js), Middle Java Developer, Backend Developer (Node.js), Backend Developer (Go), etc.)
- Target-lists and long-lists preparation;
- Candidates approaching and pre-screening;
- Interview relevant candidates;
- Prepare strictly confidential report;
- Organizing and conducting interviews with the most appropriate candidates;
- Providing feedback on the results of interviews to candidates;
- Build proactive relationships with candidates to engage them over the longer term.
Requirements:
- Higher education (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Journalism, Psychology, an advantage);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Upper-Intermediate English;
- Responsible, Customer and People-oriented, Stress-resistant;
- Motivation to develop in Executive Search, Management selection & IT Recruitment!
