Работа в яхтенном стартапе. Обязанности: Hi! We are SEARADAR, an international yacht booking company. We are a classic lean startup with a fast and ambitious team. Our offices are located in St. Petersburg and Vilnius, we work primarily with clients from Europe and CIS countries. We are growing and looking for a marketer with strong skills in instruments and analytics. 1. Methods - you need to have a good understanding of how all modern channels of attraction and lead generation work: - landing pages with lead forms, - target Facebook, - e-mail marketing, - messenger marketing, - quizzes and others. 2. Tools - you will need to build and run various chains using all modern tools: Tilda, Webflow CMS, Zapier, Albato, Amo CRM integrations, Typeform quiz constructors, Enquiz, Jivosite chat, bot constructors like Bothelp, Chatfuel, mailing systems like Mailchimp, Sendpulse. For complex tasks, it is possible to connect development, we have our full-fledged department. 3. Analytics - there will also be the need of designing and implementing analytics tools. A specific technical stack can be discussed, the main point is that the project has to be fully data-driven and all decisions made are supported by the value of specific metrics. Now we are already measuring most of the segments, but we want to do it more accurately and systematically. Требования: Who are we looking for? You are experienced enough to independently launch and analyze various promotion hypotheses. You know Russian and English well. Responsible enough to solve problems on your own and open enough to work with the team. Условия: Terms Fulltime / part-time is discussed, remotely or in a hybrid format, several days in the St. Petersburg office. Salary based on the results of the interview.
