Join our team where you will work on building an in-house laboratory information management system providing functionality for providers, patients, lab workers and other company employees and make it easy for them to do business with us.

We offer a chance for a Manager of Back-End Software Engineers team to build complex solutions using cutting edge technologies and mature software engineering practices in the atmosphere of creativity and collaboration.

We offer a chance to work with an international team spread across three continents: North America (Los Angeles, CA and Atlanta, Georgia), Asia (Manila, Philippines) and Europe. Our development team is mostly located in Russia and CIS.

This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the work of the backend development team

• Develop solution architecture together with service station, decompose tasks Implement best development practices, help developers develop

• Conduct CodeReview Form a strategy for the technological development of the project.

• High-level planning of the department's work.

• Management troubleshooting: identify bottlenecks, seek and implement solutions. Resource planning and provision.

• Attracting the necessary expertise for the project.

• People Management: hire, develop teams and individual players.

• Development of development processes and development management.

• Arbitration of the choice of technologies, other projects and initiatives: a strategic vision.

• Monitoring the result and measuring the effectiveness of implemented projects / processes / initiatives.
