The network has 100 points of presence located in more than 90 cities around the world in reliable Tier IV and Tier III data centers. We are based in Moscow, Perm, Minsk, Vilnius and Luxembourg and are proud of our 300 employees working in offices and remotely. We are still growing and need a high professional MarHR to help the team with making the company better. You can be based in one of our offices or anywhere you d like to. As our Employer Branding & Marketing Coordinator you ll be in charge of: EMPLOYER BRAND PROMOTION Taking a key part in employee value proposition. Developping and executing communications plans to attract talent through social media, events and other channels in partnership with Recruitment Team. Delivering all employment brand content in partnership with a Marketing Team. Encouraging employees to become brand advocates in social media and offline events. Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of recruitment/marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure their efficiency. INTERNAL HR BRAND PROMOTION AND INTERNAL COMMUNICATION Taking part in corporate culture identification, formulation and development. Identifying internal communications strategy and internal communication tools, defining our HR Brand s written tone of voice. Taking a part in onboarding process design, including content (video, presentations, forms and templates, etc.). Driving production of monthly and annual corporate digests. Developping two-way communication: help HR to understand what employees feel about their work and encourage them express their views in a constructive way on HR initiatives, processes and polices (coordinate employee surveys, run corporate blogs, encourage ideas, knowledge, experience exchange, etc.). Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of internal marketing campaigns and initiatives on an ongoing basis to ensure their efficiency. Coordinating production and distribution branded gifts and cloths for employees (budgeting, design, quality, delivering, distribution). SUPPORT HR INITIATIVES Assisting maintenance of HR wiki content. Managing communication strategy that informs and educate employees about HR issues, educational outreach, programs and policies. EVENT MANAGEMENT Creating concept, design and coordinate events for employees (parties, events, competitions, team-buildings etc.). Work with providers if needed. Post-event evaluation.
