Globus AI is a Norwegian scale-up with a SaaS solution for staffing agencies. Combining design, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, we have created the next generation, digital staffing assistant.
We are looking for a Senior back-end developer to join our development team.
You will work alongside 40 experienced and very motivated colleagues located in our offices in Oslo and Sandnes, as well as remotely in the UK and across Europe, Russia, and CIS.
Main responsibilities:
- Designing and developing the backend core of our product in C# .Net core & Python
- Responding to incidents and debugging backend code
- Designing, developing, managing, and administering our product database (MongoDB)
- Development and maintenance of DevOps pipelines for C# .Net core & Python microservices
- Developing the cloud architecture for the infrastructure of our systems: web apps, virtual machines, and virtual networks
- Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure deployment automations
- Implementing logging and alerting solutions
- Ensuring security and privacy of personal data
- Development of integrations to 3rd party APIs.
We expect you to have:
- 5+ years of experience in back-end development
- Experience developing REST APIs in C# with .NET core
- Experience with Python
- Experience with MongoDB
- Experience with Microsoft Azure & Azure DevOps
- Level of spoken English pre-Intermediate and higher.
It would be a plus if you also have hands-on experience with:
- Docker
- Jupyter
- Azure services: Function Apps, Azure Batch, Azure Virtual Machines & Virtual Networks,
- Linux & Unix shell scripting.
