URGENT! We are expanding and
invite the Manager of the on-line Call Center with knowledge of English to
the on-line team of West Media (an international recruiting agency).
we need a person with a confident English and experience in the service sector, service support, call centers, sales. Experience in recruiting staff and working with "cold" calls (active consultations) will be a big plus.
To work at West Media, you must have developed communication skills, a communication culture and be able to independently organize your working day.
Work in 2 formats: on-line -Full (full) or partial (part) in the schedule, 16-24 Moscow time. Salary: from 50,000 and above. Payments are stable and timely, 2 times a month. Training and constant on-line support are provided.
What are you going to do at West Media?
Conduct preliminary interviews of candidates for IT companies in the USA and Canada. There is a resume database.
How will your work be arranged?
Most of the communication is correspondence, mail and messengers, calls, less often-meetings in telegrams. All this is automated.
* Organization and conduct of interviews;
* Evaluation and selection of candidates for vacancies;
* Advising the candidate;
* Formation of a package of documents for employment
* Maintaining statistics and reporting on recruitment;
