About the position

As an international player, Brandquad supports major brands and retailers in their digital transformation and in improving their performance. Brandquad offers technological solutions around product content management, revenue generation, and E-Commerce Intelligence for e-commerce and marketing teams in various sectors.

Brandquad is seeking a Junior Project Manager / Key Account Manager, who will be a highly visible team member responsible for the complete post-sale success. You’ll work closely with some of the world’s most recognisable E-commerce brands, be responsible for maintaining strong relationships whilst identifying opportunities to actively assist them in accelerated growth and added efficiency through the use of Brandquad’s product suite.

Project managment:

  • plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project
  • facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks

Customer support:

  • developing close, mutually beneficial client relationships
  • profoundly understand your customers’ objectives, challenges, and expectations
  • analyse performance data and deliver insight to customers
  • build and implement strategies to drive account growth

Implementation:

  • during new implementation, provide support to the Project Manager with business process analysis, roadmap generation etc.

the day-to-day activities:

  • сommunicate with clients (e-mails, meetings)
  • сonvert client’s business requirements into Jira tasks for the responsible teams
  • learn client’s workflow and educate the key users, if necessary
  • analyze client’s workflow, suggest changes
  • quality control

About you

knowledge and abilities

  • fluent English is a must (work language) and French as a plus
  • you’re up to speed with E-commerce trends and take an interest in the SaaS arena
  • you’re a clear and confident communicator
  • you are well respected, a trusted partner and somebody our customers will want to collaborate with
  • you have excellent organisational, problem solving, time management and influencing skills
  • you genuinely care about your customers. You have profound customer empathy and an ability to understand customer needs
  • you’re a team player
  • you understand that we’re a startup and that we move very fast. While that feels exciting most of the time, it can sometimes get pretty chaotic. You have strong willingness to learn

ability to

  • build relationships with clients quickly

education

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business/Marketing related field

expirience

  • 1 years of experience in a consultative customer facing role (Management consulting, Account management, Customer success management, etc.) with a SaaS organization.
