Who are we?

Kodland is an international online school teaching digital skills to children around the world. We are looking for an experienced leader to help us expand our call centre so it can handle our rapidly growing business.

In 2020, we increased in size tenfold. We are scaling up in the UK and US, and are also testing markets in different parts of Europe and India. We need a brave leader to develop our business in these markets and ensure our continued success.


You will be:

-Building our contact center to handle the needs of our hyperscaling company

-Preparing our call center staff and technical support to work with clients from all over the world

-Automating SLA, CSAT analytics, and planning capacity

-Ensuring we maintain high quality staff and practices

-Improving workflow and discipline

-Developing our corporate culture

-And lots more!


We are looking for someone who has:

- Fluency in English

- Experience managing large departments

- Excel skills and experience with modern CRM-systems

- Outstanding communication and analytic skills

- The ability to recruit a team

- A desire to take on a new challenge

At Kodland, you will be working with an ex-McKinsey operating officer heading up a team with managerial experience from Skyeng, Uchi.ru, Okko, and Yandex.

We have a nice, cozy office in the center of Moscow, but offer the option to work remotely.
