Star Smile is the leader in the orthodontic market for aligners' production. Internationally known as eXceed, we are a Team of young professionals who support informal and honest communication. The international branch of the Star Smile Company, eXceed Services GmbH, requires a Junior Customer Care Manager. We are ready to hire a person with no experience or with minimal experience of working with Clients in order to grow the Super Specialist :)

Responsibilities:

1. Be the liaison between the Client and the Company;
2. To translate treatment plans and refusals of Doctors / Supervisors from English into Russian and from Russian into English;
3. To train Clients to work with the Company's Systems;
4. To track delays and inform the responsible Departments about them;
5. To work in the HelpDesk System, ERP, as well as in the internal programs of the Company.

Job requirements:

1. Team player who has a "common touch";
2. Higher education + English -- B2 and above;
3. Ability to correctly express your thoughts in Russian and English as well;

4. Ability and willingness to take responsibility
5. Politeness;
6. Client communication skills;
7. Confident PC user, MS Office;
8. Diligence;
9. Attention to detail;
10. Industriousness.

Russian is a MUST

To work remotely it is required to have your own PC and headset, excellent internet connection, and ability to work without distraction.

Working conditions:

1. Fully official employment from the first working day of the probationary period;
2. Compliance with the norms of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
3. The shift work schedule every other day: day (10.00 - 19.00) and evening (14.00 - 23.00) shifts, evening shift is always remote (from home) + shortened working day on Fridays. After passing the probationary period, full remote work is possible;
Work on holidays marked in the production calendar, as well as weekends, are paid additionally (due to the fact that the Company's Clients are located in the USA, Europe, Australia, and the United Kingdom);
4. Possibility to receive a bonus of 50% of monthly earnings once a quarter when fulfilling KPI.
