Bolder Agency is in search of their next Superstar Senior Graphic Designer to join the team!

About you

You are passionate about branding and visual communication, generating great ideas and working in a team. You love to work on branding and communication projects.

Our senior brand designer is autonomous but can organise the work on the project in a team. Can delegate part of his tasks and get the desired results. Can speak the same language and set tasks for 3D specialists, motion graphics specialists, illustrators or web designers.

We're looking for someone who can dig into the work on day one, energise the team with different points of view on design solutions, and partner with team members to bring those solutions to life.

Role responsibilities

You will lead a team of graphic designers and oversee multiple projects from development to launch.

Working with designers, setting a task, setting up processes.

You ll develop visual materials of all levels.

You ll develop responses to creative briefs and project requirements by collaborating with the internal team and client.

Take a proactive role in developing and enhancing our own company brand.

What you'll need

Upper-intermediate level of English.

High level of conceptual thinking, expertise in typography, composition, layout and creative thinking.

At least four years of design experience under your belt, being a total whizz with Adobe suite, including InDesign, Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop.

You will need to have EXCELLENT BRANDING experience, the ability to come up with metaphors and associations of the second-order and higher animation experience would be a huge advantage.
