Вакансия: Head of Sales IT Outsourcing company

Sharp developers - we develop software for start-ups and established companies, mostly from the US and Europe specialising in banking, travel, retail, entertainment, industrial, medical, financial and other fields.

At the moment our company is running about 30 projects simultaneously. We build long-lasting partnerships with our clients. The average duration of successful projects is 2 years and more. We are looking for a Head of Sales in order to grow our company.

Our technology stack is extensive - React Native, React, Angular, Node js, .Net Core, DevOps. We use complex calculations, search and optimization algorithms, cloud technologies and web services.

Requirements:

  • English, spoken and written, В2-С1

  • Successful work experience as a head of sales / commercial director in a company offering software development services to foreign clients

  • own selling experience

  • Experience in building and scaling sales teams

  • Experience selling services on Upwork (preferably)

Responsibilities:

  • To meet planned sales targets (sales volume from customers who came in the last six months + upselling to existing customers)

  • To manage the full cycle of direct sales on the Upwork platform - sales system management (funnel stages control, increase in conversion at each stage)

  • To manage and develop sales team (lead generators, presailers, analyst): hiring, onboarding and training, monitoring the achievement of target figures

  • Maintaining/updating regulations and business processes within the sales department

  • Communication with the company s management team and with other departments (HR, Delivery)

Optional responsibilities:

  • Development of new sales channels Clutch.io/LinkedIn/corporate website

  • Building sales channels through partners/distributors in other countries

  • Existing clients management - feedback, up-sales etc.

  • Own sales

  • Depending on your previous experience, desire and management skills: marketing, account management

Salary consists of a fixed part + % of new sales
