Вакансия: Lead Backend developer

MAIN TASKS:

• Design and develop client-facing products on the backend

• Have a good understanding of frontend web stack, and be ready to code on the frontend as a part of your projects

• Assume ownership across all project technical stages - prototyping and demo to Product team, tech design and solution architecture, design integrations with internal and external services, drive optimal UI decisions with UX designers, design roll out strategy, distribution to end-users and roll back strategy

• Support strong collaboration process with Product Management и User Experience.

• Build and maintain close link to the neighboring backends and front-end teams, design jointly the integration points, drive end-to-end design decisions required for your projects

• Design and support CI/CD, build/deploy, and release strategy for your products

• Build and maintain technical roadmap, drive the right architecture, adapt the architecture to the changing product requirements

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Excellent coding and tech design experience in Java / Kotlin or .Net

• Strong skills and diverse experience in systems design - databases, caching, authentications, design for active-active and horizontal scalability, application security

• Strong experience with Kubernetes and containerised applications, understanding and experience with Clouds technology, hands-on experience with one of the Clouds

• Deep understanding of the DevOps areas - CI/CD, deployment, test automation

• Understanding of front-end technologies, and how to develop fit-for-purpose backend to support fast modular frontends

• Coding experience in frontend web stack is a big plus

• Experience with Fintech or digital start-ups is a big plus

• Result-oriented and ability to drive decisions and solutions across technical teams

• Developed soft-skills, ability to drive and justify tech design with other technical teams, ability to collaborate with Product team and with partners

• Start-up attitude, willingness to innovate, eagerness to learn, team spirit
