We are looking for Product Manager
What you are going to do:
- Develop and manage the roadmap for the CFPS mobile app back-office platform;
- Create a set of internal tools to manage the CFPS Online Bank Mobile app back-office process;
- Reduce customer support costs, automate manual processes and help the team develop self-service features;
- Create and check product requirements and designs, which should be based on reliable design and architecture and supported by internal stakeholder requests;
- Communicate with the customer relations team, financial operations team, compliance team and providers to build internal tools required to support and scale effectively;
- Participate in making architecture and vendor decisions related to back-office platform tools in close collaboration with the engineering team and the business;
- Manage suppliers required for the set of back-office platform tools used;
- Collaborate with engineers to build a product development team that will serve all the company teams;
- Collaborate with our design team to create user interfaces and efficient workflows for internal tools; - Work with engineers, prioritize platform development backlog;
- Collaborate with the existing mobile app product team to help them develop and support all mobile bank related products;
- Review and fix issues affecting internal tools, which may include workflows for employees and customers;
- Assist in the development, monitoring and reporting of the product key performance indicators.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Proven track record of building high-performing product, engineering and design teams;
- 3+ years of experience working as a product manager, preferably at a mobile bank, fintech company, back-office platforms;
- Experience in building and managing internal tools in multiple different teams;
- Knowledge of the subject area and a deep understanding of product management in the field of financial technology, mobile banking, online payments, bank transfers, financial regulation;
- Experience with SQL is a plus;
- Backlog experience;
- User Story (the ability to write technical tasks);
- Building a team for the tasks of the project from scratch;
- Experience with the principles for developing a project concept and its life cycle;
- Basic analytical skills;
- Development of business processes, evaluation of their effectiveness;
- Reporting, working with reporting documents and presentations;
- Customer Journey Map (CJM);
- Experience in managing multiple products simultaneously;
- Experience with the principles for defining and creating an MVP;
- English.
