We are currently looking for an International Sales Representative to join our dynamic, remote team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for education and a knack for sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Book, plan, and carry out online Consultations with students and families, with the goal to enroll them with Legacy Online K12 School.
- Plan and execute the entire sales process from initial contact with the family, through to consultation and enrollment.
- Assess students based on learning style, academic ability, personality, needs/aspirations, interests/hobbies, in order to make well-informed and appropriate recommendations.
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers, maintain a pipeline of short-term targets and longer-term prospects.
- Provide online demonstrations and conduct open-day webinars to showcase the benefits and features of our online schooling platform.
- Generate referrals from families during the consultation process and report/follow up on these to generate new consultations.
- Maintain a robust, current knowledge of the USA education sector and understand how private online education fits into it, enabling you to discuss it confidently with families.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience in selling educational products, software, or hardware.
- Experience in international sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with both faculty and student populations.
- Superior organizational and problem-resolution skills.
- Goal-oriented and highly ethical.
- Great relationship builder, adept at understanding client needs, with excellent objection handling skills and the ability to position yourself as a trusted advisor to our families.
- Good understanding of the USA education landscape and the private online schooling market. Ability to demonstrate how private online education can complement/augment mainstream education.
