Job responsibilities:

• Develop static and video content in collaboration with designers team.

• Find and post relevant memes trending in Bangladesh, ensuring viral reach on selected social platform.

• Develop and approve promo mechanics (giveaways, contests): convey and track results.

• Prepare and approve bi-weekly content plan.

• Keep an eye on social media trends, proactively suggest the relevant ones.

• Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity, suggest working types of content and engaging mechanics.

• Engage with followers, moderate feedback.

Job requirements:

• Knowledge of Bengali C2/Native, English B2 and higher is a must.

• Marketing expertise.

• Creativity in strategy and assets development.

• Nice to have:

  - Passion for sport;

  - Basic knowledge of Google Doc, Google Sheets,MS Outlook, Photoshop, Figma, videoredactors (CapCut, InShot, etc).
