An international tobacco company has an open position " SAP ERP Senior consultant ".
We are looking for an SAP ERP consultant who participated in electronic document management (EDI) automation projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implementation of changes and 3rd level support for electronic documents flows on side of SAP ERP ECC 6.0. (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Tax-Invoices, Corrections, UPD, UKD, etc) - incident and change management according to Run & Support model.
- Integration with internal and external Systems. (EDI Providers, SBIS, Diadoc, etc)
- Analysis of not stranded functionality early implemented. Preparation and confirmation of user requirement specifications. Replacing non-standard functionality with standard.
- Collaboration with the Stakeholders (Key Business users including Product and Process Owners; Software suppliers).
- Technical documentation (Concept Decisions, Functional Development Specification, Test Scripts) and user s manuals preparation.
- Security controls execution.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- More than 5 years of experience in SAP ERP solution consulting or/and 3rd level support.
- Good knowledge of Russian Standards and Legal Requirements in Finance and EDI areas.
- Good knowledge of following SAP technical areas SAP ERP-AP, AR.
- Good knowledge of ABAP code reading, tracing.
- Knowledge of SAP extension points technology (Substitutions, Validations, User Exits, BADI)
- Knowledge of SAP integration points technology (IDOC, API, BAPI)
- Knowledge of SAP data migration tools (LSMW)
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Verbal and written English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts for technical use (for IT stakeholders) and general use (for business stakeholders)
- Strategic thinking, challenging status quo, problem solving
Nice to have knowledge / skills:
- Understanding of EDI business processes typical for manufacturing companies
- Understanding of EDI business processes typical for distribution companies
- Experience in integration using PO (XI-PI) solution
