What you will do:

Provide prompt service and support
Assist with everyday tasks
Research and arrange travel bookings, restaurant bookings etc
Reactively and proactively handle all incoming lifestyle & leisure-related requests & enquiries

What it takes to be a Personal Assistant at Perfect.live:

Fluency in spoken and written Russian and English language
2+ years of experience in a personal assistance, lifestyle management or guest relations.
Exceptional attention to details
Problem solving approach
Strong research skills
Understanding of HNWI profile

What s the conditions:
SCHEDULE:
- Shift 2: Wednesday - Sunday, 18.00 pm - 02.00 am (gmt+3)
or
- Shift 3: Monday - Friday, 02.00 am - 10.00 am (gmt+3)
or part time
- Shift 2 Monday 18.00 pm - 02.00 am (gmt+3), Shift 3 Saturday - Sunday 02.00 am - 13.00 pm (gmt +3)

30 or 40 working hours per week
Fully remote
