Currently, we are looking for Chief Operation Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and optimization of teamwork in the following departments: HR, IT, Logistics, Accounting
- Monitoring the timing and quality of task execution within departments
- Control and adaptation of processes according to business and client requests
- Manage internal processes by the business plan and overall strategic vision.
- Collaboration with key members of the executive team to achieve operational and financial results.
- Creation of measurement tools and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of internal and external processes.
- Planning the growth and development of the team: making decisions on hiring new employees, developing performance metrics, improving the business process system, resolving conflict situations and making decisions on development vectors.
- Lead the development and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
- Development and implementation of the company's reporting system, internal infrastructure and standards to ensure its growth and efficiency.
- Automation, inventory and optimization of processes within the company
- Data collection, verification and visualization
What we expect from the candidate:
- Experience of work on COO position (3 years or more)
- Fluent knowledge of English (from C1 and above)
- Experience working in a company that sells only through digital channels
- Managing a team of up to 60 people
It will be a plus:
- Had professional experience as a project manager for at least 3 years and with the production line
- Management experience in subordination to such departments as HR, IT, Production, Accounting
