As a Product Manager of our fintech company, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of payment-related products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, compliance, and customer support, to define, build, and launch payment solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap:
   • Develop a clear product strategy for payment offerings aligned with the company's goals and vision.
   • Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
2. Market Research and Analysis:
   • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitors in the payments space.
   • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
3. Product Development:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user stories.
   • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely development and delivery of payment solutions.
   • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.
4. Compliance and Security:
   • Ensure that payment products comply with relevant financial regulations and security standards.
   • Collaborate with compliance teams to address any regulatory requirements.
5. User Experience and Design:
   • Work with designers to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences for payment products.
   • Continuously optimize the user journey to enhance user satisfaction and conversion rates.
6. Analytics and Performance Monitoring:
   • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of payment products.
   • Analyze data to measure product performance and user behavior, making data-driven decisions.
7. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
   • Communicate product updates, progress, and changes to internal teams and stakeholders.
   • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, financial regulations, and security standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
