Now we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and self motivated Business Development manager who will join our team for achieving growth and strengthening connections with potential partners.

What you will do:

• Establish communication with investment funds and major advisors
• Establish communication with key partners and large projects (potential clients)
• Participate in TOP Fintech/Blockchain conferences all over the world
• Drive business growth within a company
• Develop network of contacts to attract new clients
• Search and develop new partnerships that drive sales growth
• Research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects

To join us you need to:

• Have 2-3 years experience as business development manager in crypto/web3 or ventures (VC)
• Fluent English speaker, as 90% of our clients are English - speaking
• Have personal connections in the industry
• Problem solving skills
• High negotiation skills
• Understanding of customer s buying patterns and trends
• Ability to set goals and develop action plans
• Have a high curiosity level
• Be a fast learner
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis
• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in database and performance tracking tools
• Ability to contribute to the company's success and innovation
