Job Overview:

In your role as an Email Marketing Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including webinar and public relations campaigns together with the team.
This hands-on role runs conversion & retention campaigns through email, push, in-app, SMS and other channels, building a proper customer journey. Analyzes customers behavior through data analysis tools (such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.), establishes trigger-based campaigns and runs A/B tests of new strategies for engaging customers.

What Will You Do?

• Identify target audience and grow email lists
• Run and control customer journey, segmenting users, building event-based campaigns aiming conversion & retention rates optimization
• Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails.
• Create, build and launch email/push/SMS/in-app campaigns
• Constantly create and A/B test your own conversion/retention hypothesis
• Analyze customers behavior in the product through data analysis tools (such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
• Сcopywrite and edit texts used for building messages
• Build HTML/CSS of emails and in-app messages that you launch
• Report on results of launched campaigns
• Collaborate with Products, Sales, IT and other departments on common projects
• Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.
• Work on PR activities with various media platforms for articles, press releases, etc.
• Joint work with the team for regular webinar and it s campaign.

Key Skills Required:

• Experience in running email/ push/ sms campaigns in IT companies
• Super skills of copywriting, knowledge of how to write a selling text
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience in creating, launching and calculating A/B tests
• Analytical intelligence
• Fluent Russian and English
