Responsibilities:
  • Funnel Optimization:
    • Develop and enhance digital funnels to maximize conversions.
    • Analyze and optimize each stage of the funnel to improve efficiency.
  • Traffic Acquisition:
    • Identify and implement traffic acquisition strategiesResearch and select optimal channels for maximizing reach.
  • SEO Optimization:
    • Lead SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
    • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page optimization.
  • SMM Campaigns:
    • Develop and implement effective social media campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze the market to create relevant content.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Research the digital market, assess competition, and identify new opportunities.
    • Evaluate traffic quality across different channels.
  • Creative Management:
    • Collaborate with creative teams to produce impressive and relevant content.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of creative materials.

Experience:

  • Experience in digital marketing with a focus on funnels and traffic acquisition.
  • 3+ years of web analytics experience.
  • Experience and understanding of analytic reporting tools (Google Analytics).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, meta-tag creation, link development and other SEO related activities.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or quantitative discipline.
  • Proficiency in English language ( Spanish not required but a big plus )
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to multi-task; work both independently and in a team structure; have sound judgment and business acumen.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and traffic acquisition channels.
  • Ability to assess traffic quality and work with creative teams.
