We are looking for a SENIOR affiliate manager with fluent English to join our team, fast-growing CPA network.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate manager in such verticals as gambling;
- Experience with web-masters is required;
- Fluent english;
- Strong in negotiation and communication.
- Knowledge of basic affiliate metrics and ability to analyze them;
- Having own contact base is required.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain high level of communication with affiliate, recommend new campaigns and provide performance feedback to advertiser team;
- Proactively monitor traffic sources and campaign;
- Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals and other avenues;
- Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth;
- Represent the company at industry conferences;
- Manage top tier accounts and develop affiliate contact management strategy;
- Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channels.
