Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Accountant at RLC Consulting, located in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting processes and financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies, preparing reports and analysis, and supporting audits.
- The scope of tasks includes full accounting and tax reporting of several companies, as well as communication with representatives of these companies, providing consultations.
- The Senior Accountant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- English and Rus Language fluent.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting software (i.e. QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero, SAP, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team and cross-functional environment.
- CPA or ACCA certification.
