Position: Back Office Support Specialist in US company

Requirements:

Your Role:

You will be assisting a construction company based in Florida, USA. Your role will include making outgoing calls in American English, hence a flexible schedule to work in US Eastern Standard Time (EST) between 8 am-5 pm is necessary.

Your duties will include:

Scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Handling client and vendor communications.

Screening and responding to inbound communications (emails and calls).

Proofreading and editing various documents, including online articles, client reports, and more, across various formats like MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Conducting research and analyzing findings: market studies, competitor analysis, customer interviews, etc.

Assisting with various operational tasks.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in Back Office Support within the construction industry.

Patient, organized, and meticulous with paperwork.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent proofreading and editing skills.

Able to perform well under pressure.

Committed, reliable, and willing to take full ownership of projects.

Available for a minimum commitment of 5 years (longer stays preferred!).

Additional Information:

At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a remote environment, is necessary.

The position requires a 40-hour workweek.

Willingness to work in US time between 9 am-5 pm is crucial, although some flexibility may be allowed depending on the timezone.

Weekend and evening hours are generally not required. However, they may become necessary in emergencies or tight deadlines.

Must have access to high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and two monitors.
