In your role as an Email Marketing Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including webinar and public relations campaigns together with the team.

Super skills of copywriting, knowledge of how to write a selling text.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Experience in creating, launching and calculating A/B tests.
Analytical intelligence.
Fluent Russian and English.

Обязанности:
Identify target audience and grow email lists.
Run and control customer journey, segmenting users, building event-based campaigns aiming conversion & retention rates optimization.
Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails.
Create, build and launch email/push/SMS/in-app campaigns.
Constantly create and A/B test your own conversion/retention hypothesis.
Analyze customers behavior in the product through data analysis tools (such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
Сcopywrite and edit texts used for building messages.
Build HTML/CSS of emails and in-app messages that you launch.
Report on results of launched campaigns.
Collaborate with Products, Sales, IT and other departments on common projects.
Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.
Work on PR activities with various media platforms for articles, press releases, etc.
Joint work with the team for regular webinar and it’s campaign.
