We are an iGaming holding company focused on foreign markets.
Our product line includes an online platform for operating igaming projects, our own igaming brands, gambling development and payment solutions for the gaming sector.

You will be:

  • Supporting existing and prospective customers by providing timely and accurate responses via chat and email;
  • Identifying, analyzing and troubleshooting various issues in relation to the website and customer's profile;
  • Escalating requests to the tech and payments teams;
  • Following up on the requests, paying close attention to the feedback;
  • Providing top-notch communication.
